  10. Communicate status of projects to internal executives and external stakeholders (customers) on an ad hoc and formal basis with inspiring insights.

What we are looking for:

  • A completed HBO or WO education in a relevant direction (e.g., Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
  • Extensive experience within the process industry with proven expertise in electrical engineering.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary project work with a thorough approach.

Your characteristics:

  • Ability to distinguish main and secondary issues and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with creative insights.
  • Proactive intaking initiative both in the projects you undertake and in improving our services with inspiring ideas.

In addition to being responsible for leading and delivering electrical engineering work packages in multiple projects, you will have the space to think along with S4 Energy's developments. Our focus is mainly on the energy transition and all the challenges that come with it.

Your contributions are not limited to involvement in projects, because you also playa key role in optimising our internal business processes and sharing innovative knowledge within your field of expertise. In this way, we strive for continuous growth and development, both for our company and for our team members with solid electrical engineering expertise.
